Yesterday we recorded the bass part for “Oratio Post Mortem,” and we also did a pre-master of the whole track. Hearing it all come together was a great moment! Only a few parts of the solo are left to record, and then we’re ready for the final step:
The Oratios recording sessions have begun! The first bass recording is done, but we want to record it again to try out a different bass guitar. The rhythm guitars are all recorded.
Another big step forward in the Oratios sessions! Kwo has finished recording all the vocals, and they sound incredible. We’ve also reworked the guitar solo, and the new version is ready to be recorded. We’re getting closer every week!
Kwo and Daemon sat down yesterday to dig into “Abyzou,” and the track’s structure is officially locked in. Lyrics are currently in the works — more updates coming soon as the song takes shape.
